On insurance claim work specifically: I'm a construction estimator and consultant, not a public adjuster. I don't interpret insurance policies, negotiate claims, or represent policyholders against an insurer — that's handled by the policyholder's own claims support, directly and independently, if they choose to use one. What I provide is the construction side: accurate estimates (fluent in Xactimate), code and manufacturer-requirement documentation, project management, and inspections that a contractor, policyholder, or their advisor can use in that process.
On regulated/specialized engagements: for work that requires a specific license, certification, or clearance (environmental, safety, PHMSA, federal/DOD site access, and similar), scope and qualifications are confirmed with you up front before any engagement begins.
